I am completely amazed at the number of people who are now online promoting their MLM companies and still doing it the wrong way.  With all the information about attraction marketing and lead generation you would think that people would take the time to learn how to do things properly.

There isn’t a day that goes by that someone on one of my social media sites, like Facebook or Twitter, is sending me a message telling me to go to their website or watch this great video about their fantastic product.  This is not internet marketing and is not how attraction marketing is done.  This is what SPAMMERS do.  They send out messages to people who didn’t ask to receive them.

If someone is nice enough to be a friend to you or asks to be your friend on your social media site, like Facebook, have the courtesy to create some value for these people and not look at them like they are just some targets to go after.  No one likes SPAM.  If this is what you are teaching your people to do, then shame on you.

So what is a better way to run your MLM business?

The best thing to do is learn how to market you. Nobody cares about your business as much as you do.  People want to deal with other people that they know, like and trust.  If you create value for others and are open and honest with them they will want to do business with you eventually. This is why it is important to learn how to use attraction marketing so that you can set yourself apart from everyone else hocking the same business opportunity.

As the statistics stand in network marketing 95% of the people that you approach about your business are going to say no to you.  Now that sucks!  But, you can learn to make this work in your favor if you’re focused on helping people get what they want.  Zig Ziglar said it best:

“ You can get anything you want out of life, if you’ll just help enough other people to get what they want.”

This is so true!  If you look at the people who are successful in network marketing they are passionate about helping other people.  They are providing value that can help people get what it is that they want out of their lives, not what you want or think they want.

If you’re creating value and taking the time to help others get what they want in life people will start looking at you as a leader and someone that they can trust.  The great thing about using an attraction marketing system is that by helping people solve some of their problems in this industry you can also benefit on the front end even if these people never join your primary business.  It still is a win-win situation for everyone involved.

So instead of jamming your company down everyone’s throat, take the time to learn the skills and gain the experience that can help everyone win in the long run.
